The priorities of Australian Morning Television

This morning we woke up expecting to see the news of the Anti-US rallies occuring worldwide.. Instead mainstream television here in Oz, chose to lead the news with the horror of Princess Kate’s nipples being photographed.

Right. Because Princess Kate and her nipples, whilst being an invasion of her privacy etc..probably shouldn’t have led the news. But we waited, and still…nothing. Not one whiff of international news….nada.

Until the protests hit Australian shores and took over Sydney streets. Because nothing affects us unless its at our front door apparently. In our faces, screaming for attention. Riiigghht.
